I purchased the wrong tv, my tracking number showed it was not shipped so I contacted them real quick but they lied and said it was shipped. After sending many emails the person said to just refuse the TV.
I ended up being charged $99 for not accepting the shipped TV. I have sold my previous TV's on ebay and used Fedex also and it cost me around $70 for a real heavy LCD not LED. Companies usually have better shipping rates because they ship items daily. Poor business and this is why i just heard about this company 2 weeks ago.
On their site the claim to have excellent customer service which is a lie. Not sure how they are still in business.
